What do you do when the air conditioning isn’t working for the entire ride home from Arizona in your brand new car? Stop at a rest stop just outside of Palm Springs, soak all the littles from head to toe in the very cold water from the fountain, drench your daughter’s lovies and lay them across her in her car seat, roll the windows down and drive as fast you can for the next 2.5 hours until you reach home.
I really wish I had photo documentation of all of us taking a dip in the water fountain, but of course I don’t. I must remember to capture those imperfect moments.
