Summer Suit for Him

I have been with my husband for 12 years now and finally after about 9 years of pushing  and ever so politely urging him to purchase a SUMMER SUIT, he finally listened to me and bought one.  He isn’t a slim man, it just isn’t the way he is cut, but most everything out there is not cut for his body type.  Our hunt for the perfect summer suit began at the mall.  We hit up the standard stores, but both Banana Republic and J.Crew had summer suits cut on the slim.  Not a single option otherwise.  We opened our search to the free standing stores like James Perse. They had a great khaki linen suit, but the pants were drawstring.  To us it defeated the purpose of being a suit; he couldn’t wear it to work.  We finally went to Old Faithful, Brooks Brothers.  There we found the perfect summer suit cut for both the slim man and the not-slim man.  This suit will be perfect for him to wear through the summer months and into Fall here in California and was the perfect suit choice for out daughter’s baptism this past weekend.
